`s=<mg>`	Vial strength in milligrams. e.g. `s=5` for a 5 mg vial.
`w=<mL>`	BAC water amount in milliliters. e.g. `w=2` for 2 mL.
`d=<mcg>`	Default target dose in micrograms. Customers can override.
