Why is Lifetime only $49?
We're in the founding phase. The first 100 users who support ASCEND early get locked into this price forever - including every feature we build in the future. After 100 spots, Lifetime goes away and only monthly Pro remains.
Is this HIPAA compliant? Can my clinic use it?
ASCEND is a calculation tool, not a medical records system. It does not store patient-identifiable data. Protocols you save are attached to your account only. For clinical use, the PDF export is designed to be printed and attached to patient files at your discretion.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your saved protocols remain in your account for 90 days after cancellation. You can export them as PDF before that window closes. After 90 days, cloud sync is disabled but locally stored data stays on your device.
Do you offer white-label or API access for suppliers?
Yes, but on a separate plan. API access, embeddable widgets, and white-label tooling live on the developer side. See the API page or contact us directly.
